Choices For You
We help to alleviate unemployment in the United Kingdom by supporting unemployed people to improve their job prospects.
Relief of Unemployment
At Choices For You we are passionate about delivering the highest quality employability programmes with integrity to help with the relief of unemployment in our hardest to reach communities. Our tailored programmes are designed and focused on building resilience, confidence, esteem and aspirations in unemployed people across the United Kingdom. We aim to put human connections and trust back into the charity sector by assisting those who are unemployed to develop the confidence and skills needed to make the right choice to find employment, volunteering, education, and training. Looking for work is not always easy, particularly if you have been out of work for a long period of time, have recently been made redundant, or a recent education leaver.
Our employability programmes cover the following topics:
• Advice and training to unemployed participants
• CV writing support
• Job club support
• Personal goal plan
• Support with identifying personal barriers
• Motivation
• Leadership and Assertiveness
• Customer service and telephone skills
• Teamwork
• Self Confidence, Self Esteem and Resilience
• Dealing with conflict in the workplace (Long term unemployed)
• Group work
• Identifying your skill set
Our vision is for a fairer society where no one is left behind.
Be a Better You
Choices For You works closely with participants 18+ who are NEET (NOT in Education, Employment or Training) to help, encourage and identify their own personal and employability barriers, that may be holding them back from fulfilling their true potential. We will help enable you to move forward, to become the best version of yourself without judgement. If you are currently unemployed, please do get in touch to make that change today, for a better tomorrow.

Life can be a wheel of choices, so let us help empower and enable you to make the right ones.
